Overview

Welcome to Evenpack. "Evenpack" is the trading name of Krishh India ("we", "us", "our"), a custom packaging manufacturer registered in India (GSTIN: 07CGQPM6835H1ZU), with our registered office at F 34/8, Okhla Industrial Area Phase 2, New Delhi – 110020, India.

We operate this website (evenpack.co) to sell custom and stock printed packaging products — including paper bags, courier bags, e-commerce mailers, envelopes, stand up pouches, corrugated boxes, rigid boxes, and monocartons — to businesses and individuals in India and internationally (the "Services").

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, govern your use of the Services and any order you place with us. By accessing or using the Services, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who Can Use the Services

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that you have the authority to place orders on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

2. Our Products

We make every reasonable effort to represent our products accurately, including sizes, materials, gsm/ply specifications, colours, and pricing. However:

  • Screen displays vary by device, and actual printed colours may differ slightly from what you see on screen, particularly for custom colour matching.
  • Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit order quantities, discontinue a product, or decline an order at our discretion — for example, where a design or quantity falls outside our current production capacity.

3. Order Types, Custom Orders, and Artwork

We offer three types of orders:

  1. Stock items — plain, unprinted products supplied as-is.
  2. Printing on stock items — your logo or design uploaded and printed onto one of our existing stock products.
  3. Fully custom developments — a new product, size, structure, or specification developed specifically for you.

Processing timelines differ by order type and are set out in our Shipping Policy. For order types 2 and 3, the following applies:

  • You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork, or for approving any design proof, print layout, or physical sample we share with you before production begins.
  • Once you approve a proof or sample, we are not liable for errors (spelling, colour, layout, or sizing) that were present in the approved artwork or proof.
  • Production begins only after your order is confirmed and the 50% advance payment (see Section 5) has been received.
  • Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled or modified. Orders may be cancelled or modified before production begins, subject to the 50% advance payment already made being non-refundable to the extent it covers artwork, plate, or pre-production work already carried out.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order through our website or through a quote confirmed over email/phone is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is confirmed only once we send you an order or proof confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where we are unable to fulfil the order as specified.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

  • Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST for domestic orders) and shipping charges unless specified.
  • For export orders, prices, duties, and applicable taxes are governed by the destination country's customs and import regulations, which are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For custom orders, our standard payment terms are 50% advance payment before production begins, with the balance 50% payable prior to dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of order confirmation.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information for every order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, charges, and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once goods are handed over to our shipping/courier partner, risk of loss or damage in transit is addressed per our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Because most of our products are manufactured or printed to order, please review that policy carefully before placing your order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and designs — is owned by Krishh India or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content or trademarks (including the "Evenpack" name and logo) without our prior written consent.

Where you supply artwork, logos, or designs for a custom order, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that material, or have the necessary permissions to use it, and you agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from artwork you provide.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to: violate any applicable law; infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights; submit artwork you do not have the rights to use; transmit viruses or malicious code; or interfere with the security or operation of the website.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krishh India, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business, profits, or data) arising from your use of the Services or any product purchased through them. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including in respect of fraud or wilful misconduct.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krishh India and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or artwork/content you provide for a custom order.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
