1. Keep your design within the recommended print area
We recommend covering 80–90% of the printable area rather than printing edge-to-edge. This helps achieve better print quality, cleaner finishing and more consistent results, especially for low MOQ and medium-sized orders.

2. Use bold, clear artwork
All text should be bold and easily readable. Avoid thin fonts, fine lines, hairline strokes and highly intricate design elements, as these may not reproduce consistently during printing.

3. Submit high-quality artwork
Preferred file formats are PDF, AI, EPS or SVG. Images should be 300 DPI or higher and supplied in CMYK colour mode for the best print results.

4. Artwork review & approval
We provide free design placement, basic artwork checks and a digital artwork proof for your approval before printing. If your artwork requires significant redesign, recreation, vectorisation or extensive modifications, a nominal artwork preparation fee may apply depending on the scope of work. Any applicable charges will always be communicated and approved by you before work begins.

5. QR Codes & Barcodes
If your design includes QR codes or barcodes, please share them with us separately along with your artwork. Our team will verify their suitability for printing and ensure they are correctly positioned before production.

6. Artwork may affect pricing and production
In most cases, your artwork does not affect the pricing or print quality. However, designs with very high ink coverage, large solid colour backgrounds or extensive printed areas consume more ink and require longer drying and production times. In such cases, an additional printing charge may apply. Our team will always review your artwork and notify you of any additional costs before production begins, ensuring complete transparency with no hidden charges.
