1. We recommend covering 80–90% of the printable area rather than printing edge-to-edge. This helps achieve better print quality, cleaner finishing and more consistent results, especially for low MOQ and medium-sized orders.

2. Use bold, clear artwork
All text should be bold and easily readable. Avoid thin fonts, fine lines, hairline strokes and highly intricate design elements.

3. Submit high-quality artwork in the following formats - PDF, AI, EPS or SVG. Images should be 300 DPI or higher and supplied in CMYK colour mode for the best print results.

4. If your artwork requires significant redesign, recreation, vectorisation or extensive modifications, a nominal artwork preparation fee may apply depending on the scope of work

5. If your design includes QR codes or barcodes, please share them with us separately along with your artwork.

6. Artwork may affect pricing and production, if there's high ink coverage

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrongly printed, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Yes, in effect, since most items are made to order, we can't accept returns for a simple change of mind. Refunds apply only where we're at fault: damaged, defective, or wrongly printed goods

Orders can be cancelled or modified before production begins. Once production has started, the order can't be cancelled, and any pre-production work already completed isn't refundable.

Stock and printed orders dispatch within 2–10 business days; fully custom orders take 10–20 business days. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1–7 business days of dispatch.

Yes, we export worldwide, including to the US, UK, UAE, Europe, and Australia. Customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.

We print or manufacture all our packaging in-house at our facility in New Delhi, India. So we control quality and timelines directly, from start to finish.

Shipping is calculated as per actuals, based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination, and confirmed before dispatch. We don't currently offer free shipping.

Our low-MOQ digital printing route starts from just 100 units, plain or printed, with no plate or setup fees — pricing improves further at 1,000 and 10,000+ unit tiers.
